| Hi Sally and Denis,
Just a short note to say thank you for all your help with our holiday plans.
We all enjoyed ourselves, especially our boys who were fab at skiing.
Alex, our eldest, is definately converted to Winter holidays now. Myself and Andy found it quite hard, especially stopping!, more practice needed.
The accommodation was great, nice and comfy and so close to the Gondola, not too far to log all our kit.

| Had a fantastic holiday in Bansko. The skiing is incredible, no lift queues, beautiful weather and great value for money. The Todora apartments are perfectly located to walk to the ski lift in your ski boots. We found the accomodation exceeded our expectations. The apartment was brand new with quaint personal touches and all the facilities of a home from home. Highly recommended! Many thanks for an amazing holiday! |

| We had a great time in your apartment and we all thought that it was
very homely with all the personal touches you have applied to the decor.
It was good to be so near the gondola and the Kempinski serves a mean
breakfast.
Thanks again for helping us out of a fix.
We will definately recommend you to friends.

| We had a great holiday.The only hitch was a long wait for our bags back at Gatwick! We had the mountain to ourselves most of the time due to the tour companies not arriving till later in the week. Skiing was really good and the views from the Pirin are something else. The kids loved their first skiing holiday thanks to lessons from Katerina from the Ski Hire place. (Lucky for them otherwise they'd be left behind next time!)
The apartment is in a fantastic position as you know, We liked the wood burning stove, kept the apartment lovely and warm. We asked in the office if we could buy wood from them and they said to help ourselves...think all the time construction is going on there will be a plentiful supply. Just a thought for you, a couple of hooks on the bedroom door would have been useful and perhaps a small microwave? We were going to mention a mirror in the bathroom but Toshko appeared with one halfway though the week!
The family that look after the block were really helpful and had all the useful things like snow shovels for digging out the car.
Toshko was great. Friendly, helpful, good with the kids and full of useful advice. Even took us to our Notary in Razlog. We'd have never found it without him. Any idea what he drinks as we'll take him out something next time we're in Bansko?

| We went to Bansko from Borovets to ski for the day and were so taken with the place, we bought 3 apartments there. It's state of the art skiing, usually only found in USA & Canada - try it, you won't be dissappointed. |
